CoachRx is our central coaching hub — where training, nutrition, and lifestyle all live in one place. Every athlete receives a DailyRx that outlines their training, nutrition tasks, and lifestyle targets for the day, with built-in compliance tracking so nothing falls through the cracks. The platform's Lifestyle Rx feature allows us to prescribe and monitor sleep protocols, stress management strategies, and recovery behaviours alongside training load — and automatically surfaces patterns like poor sleep correlating with performance dips, or low weekend protein affecting recovery. This gives us a real-time, evidence-based view of the full athlete, not just what happens in the gym.
Cronometer Pro is our nutrition tracking tool of choice — and we use it specifically because the data is actually accurate. Unlike crowdsourced apps, every food entry is verified against research-grade databases, giving us reliable insight across up to 84 nutrients including vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. As coaches, we have a live view of each athlete's food diary, can set and adjust individual macro and micronutrient targets, and run detailed dietary recalls when needed. Paired with wearable integrations that pull in sleep and activity data, Cronometer gives us the nutritional precision to identify deficiencies, fine-tune targets, and make adjustments that directly support training performance and body composition outcomes.
No, the discovery call is completely optional. However, we highly recommend it as it gives us a chance to understand your goals, answer any questions you have, and ensure our coaching program is the right fit for you. It's a no-pressure conversation to help you make an informed decision.
Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive a welcome email with access to your coachrx and cronometer portal. From there, you'll complete your initial assessment and be matched with your dedicated coach. Your coach will reach out within 24-48 hours to schedule your first check-in and get you started on your personalised program.
You'll choose your training track during your onboarding process in the client portal. We offer multiple tracks including strength, hypertrophy, endurance, and hybrid programs. Your coach will also help guide you toward the best track based on your goals, experience level, and lifestyle during your initial consultation.
We have no minimum commitment outside of the first month as it's paid monthly but most clients stay with us for 6-12 months or longer to achieve lasting results. Real transformation takes time, and consistency is key. Many clients continue beyond their initial goals as they discover new objectives and enjoy the ongoing support and accountability.
Not necessarily. While macro tracking can be an effective tool for some clients, we offer flexible nutrition approaches based on your preferences and goals. Some clients prefer portion control, habit-based coaching, or intuitive eating strategies. Your coach will work with you to find the nutrition approach that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve your goals.
Your coach sees all the information you submit during check-ins, including your training logs, nutrition data, progress photos, measurements, subjective feedback about energy levels, sleep quality, stress, and any notes or questions you include. This comprehensive view allows them to make informed decisions about your program and provide personalized guidance.
Check In calls can be scheduled directly through your client portal using your coach's calendar link. You'll have access to book calls based on your coaching package tier. Simply select an available time slot that works for you, and you'll receive a confirmation email with the Meet link and any preparation materials.
