PERFORM (CrossFit)
Our flagship CrossFit program blends strength, skill, and conditioning to develop well-rounded athletes. PERFORM follows structured progressions, balanced exposure, and regular benchmarking to drive measurable performance improvements across all domains.
ENGINE (Endurance Bias)
ENGINE is designed for athletes looking to improve aerobic capacity, repeatability, and cyclical efficiency. With an endurance-focused bias, this stream complements CrossFit training or stands alone for athletes prioritising engine development.
HYROX
Built specifically for the demands of HYROX racing, this program targets aerobic power, muscular endurance, running performance, and race-specific movement patterns. Ideal for competitive athletes or those preparing for their first HYROX event.
BUILD (Strength)
BUILD is our dedicated strength program, focused on developing maximal strength, structural balance, and muscle development. Progressions are clear, sustainable, and suitable for athletes looking to build a stronger foundation alongside or independent of CrossFit training.
Weightlifting
Our weightlifting program is designed to improve technical proficiency and strength in the snatch and clean & jerk. Sessions emphasise quality movement, positional strength, and long-term development for both competitive lifters and CrossFit athletes.
