STOP TRAINING.
START PROGRESSING.

For competitive CrossFit athletes who are putting in the work every day but feel like they're spinning their wheels — because the program you're following wasn't built for you.

If you're training 4–6 days a week and still not closing the gap on the things that matter — read this carefully.

  • You're training hard every single day but your results have plateaued. The effort is there. The progress isn't.
  • You're following a big-name template program and getting coached like the average athlete on their roster — not like you.
  • You know you have specific weaknesses but the program never actually attacks them. You're doing volume on things that aren't your limiters.
  • You're paying for a program but there's no one in your corner. No feedback. No adjustments. Just a PDF and a hope it works.
  • You want to compete seriously — semifinals, games, podium — but feel like you're guessing at what's actually going to move the needle.

THE PROBLEM IS
THE TEMPLATE.

Template programs aren't bad. They work for the athlete they were built for. The issue is that athlete isn't you. Here's why it breaks down:

The Template Camp

Coaches hundreds of athletes with the same plan. You get general volume, general progressions, general skill work. Your weaknesses get a fraction of the attention they need — if they're addressed at all.

The Single-Skill Program

Bought a gymnastics progression and got nowhere? That's because the skill itself probably isn't the limiter. Without knowing your actual gaps, you're treating symptoms, not causes.

No Feedback Loop

A program without a coach watching your sessions is just a spreadsheet. Nothing gets adjusted when something isn't working. You just grind through it and wonder why it isn't clicking.

Training Your Strengths

Without honest assessment, athletes default to what they're already good at. A whole year of training and only weeks spent on actual limiters. That's what template programming allows.

BUILT FOR YOU.
NOT YOUR DIVISION.

01

We Find Your Actual Limiters First

Before a single session is written, we audit your current metrics, movement patterns, training history, and goals. Most coaches skip this step. It's the most important one. Knowing where the ceiling actually is determines everything that follows.

02

Your Program Is Written For You — Every Block

Not a template with your name on it. Not a camp program with minor tweaks. Every training block is designed around your specific gaps, your schedule, your recovery capacity, and where you need to be by competition. This is the difference between coaching an avatar and coaching a person.

03

Ongoing Communication and Adjustments

Training doesn't always go to plan. Life happens. Your program evolves with you, not around a rigid calendar that doesn't care what happened last week. Regular check-ins, video analysis, and real coaching keeps you on track — not just on a schedule.

WHAT YOU GET

Everything you need. Nothing you don't. No filler, no fluff.

Full Athlete Audit

We start with a deep dive into your metrics, movement, training history, lifestyle, and competition goals. This shapes everything that follows — and ensures your first training block actually attacks what matters.

Individualised Program Design

Written by me, for you. Every block. Every session. Delivered via CoachRx with full session notes and intent so you're never guessing what a workout is actually trying to do.

Ongoing Coaching and Communication

Real-time access for questions, video submission for movement review, and program adjustments as needed. You're not checking a box — you're working with a coach who's watching your progress.

Technique Video Review

Submit session footage and get back real coaching feedback — not a generic cue list. Movement issues get identified and fixed at the source, so technique stops being the thing that caps your performance.

WHY I DO
THIS WORK.

I've watched too many hardworking athletes get stuck. Not because they weren't putting in the effort — but because the program they were following was built for someone else.

That's what pushed me into 1:1 coaching. I wanted to actually move the needle for athletes, not contribute to the noise. What I found is that when you dig into someone's real limiters — not the category, but the specific thing holding them back — and you build a program around those gaps, results show up fast.

I've coached athletes from their first ring muscle-up all the way to competing at the CrossFit Games. I've been floor-side at Torian Pro and Oceania Fitness Champs. I've worked with teen competitors, masters athletes, and individual semifinalists.

The one thing that separates athletes who make progress from those who don't isn't genetics or talent — it's whether their training is actually designed for them.

WHAT HAPPENS
WHEN TRAINING FITS.

Before: Missed age group Games semis After: Qualified for the CrossFit Games
CROSSFIT GAMES QUALIFIER

"Before working with Tyson I was training hard but never really sure if it was moving the needle. Having a program built specifically around my gaps changed everything — within one block I could feel the difference in how I was recovering and performing under fatigue. Making the Games felt like a result of finally training smart, not just training more."

Before: Rx Downunder After: Torian Pro Team Qualifier
TORIAN PRO QUALIFIER

"Going from Rx Downunder to Torian Pro wasn't something I thought was on the cards that quickly. Tyson built the program around what our team actually needed — not a generic template — and for the first time we felt like our training had a real direction. The jump in our performance under competition pressure was night and day."

Before: Team division competitor After: Individual semi-finals debut
INDIVIDUAL SEMI-FINALS

"Team training gave me fitness but it never gave me a plan. When I switched to individual programming with Tyson, everything had a reason behind it — the loads, the structure, the timing. My first individual semi-finals felt completely different to any competition I'd done before. I actually showed up knowing exactly what I was capable of and how to use it."

THE COMMITMENT GOES BOTH WAYS

I don't offer a results guarantee because your results depend on your execution — that's just honest. What I will guarantee is this: your program will be built specifically for you, adjusted when it needs to be, and I'll be available to communicate throughout the entire process.

If you complete the onboarding and feel the coaching isn't what was described, reach out within the first 14 days and we'll sort it out. I'm not interested in keeping your money if I'm not delivering what I said I would.

There's no long-term lock-in. Month to month. If your situation changes, you can step away. The goal is for results to make you want to stay.

FAIR QUESTIONS.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

Because template programs coach an athlete archetype. This program coaches you. Before anything is written, we identify your actual limiters — not the category ("gymnastics needs work") but the specific gaps. You can spend a whole year training and only spend a fraction of that time on the things actually holding you back. That's the template problem. Individualised programming fixes it.
That's factored in from day one. Your program is built around the time you actually have — not the time we wish you had. The goal is to make every session count, not to add volume. Most athletes find that when training is designed specifically for them, they're getting more done in the same window — because the sessions have a clear purpose.
Most athletes notice meaningful changes within a 12-week block — improvements in specific skills, cleaner movement patterns, better energy and recovery. Competition results take longer because competition prep has its own timeline. I'd rather set an honest expectation than oversell a timeline and under-deliver.
Yes. I've coached athletes from their first ring muscle-up through to the CrossFit Games. The process is the same regardless of level — identify the gaps, build a program around them, communicate and adjust. The only requirement is that you're a competitive athlete who takes their training seriously.
It means you have access to me. Session check-ins, video submission for movement review, questions when something doesn't feel right, and program adjustments when life or training requires it. This is not a set-and-forget program. The program is a living document that evolves with what's actually happening.
It's month to month. No long-term commitment. If after the first 14 days the coaching isn't what was described, reach out and we'll sort it. Beyond that, you can cancel before your next billing cycle with no issue. The goal is results — not locking you into something that isn't working.
Your program is delivered through CoachRx and includes technique video review with direct feedback. Both are accessible from any device and don't require specific hardware. We'll walk through setup during onboarding so you're not starting cold.
