GRIT ON THE GREEN
Every year between late September and Early October we host our same sex pairs competition.

Bring your marquee and your mates for a fun day of competition for all levels.

We aim to host a day that's fun for all but well compensated and competitive for those who want to have a go at the RX categories.

GRIT STAMPEDE
Grit Stampede is our MM/FF teams of 4 and individuals country western themed competition.

Teams will get to utilise our 4 person worms and a plethora of other unique events for a fun day of fitness.

With the change in format for this years upcoming Crossfit season GRIT stampede is a great oppurtunity to test yourself as an individual or as a team on a competition floor.
