PERFORM (CROSSFIT)

Our Crossfit Classes run everyday and focus on variable functional movement at a high intensity. These movements make you better at life which include the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, Olympic lifting, strongman, running, rowing & more. The program is universally scalable, regardless of experience which makes it the perfect application for any committed individual.

BUILD

Our BUILD sessions run every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. A group weights class with a personal approach. BUILD places a strong focus on form and ongoing progression, consistently pushing you to your limits and achieving noticeable results. With each class featuring an upper, lower, or combined body split, you can be assured no muscles will be missed. BUILD is for your gym goers who want to get strong and BUILD lean muscle mass.


ENGINE

Engine is For the OG fitness junkie who isn’t afraid to turn up the heat and get sweaty! Our ‘Engine’ sessions are run every Monday & Wednesday. They are there to help you build your base. Having a strong aerobic engine will help you recover quicker, be more explosive and hold on for longer during the anaerobic movement. The better aerobic system, the better you recover!


CROSSFIT KIDS

We are building more than strong bodies – we’re building confident, resilient kids! Our CrossFit Kids program is designed to make fitness fun and engaging while teaching foundational movement skills, teamwork, and healthy habits.


Through games, challenges, and age-appropriate workouts, your child will develop strength, coordination, and confidence in a supportive, high-energy environment. Perfect for kids of all fitness levels, this class is about more than exercise – it’s about setting your child up for a lifetime of health and success.
